Please register your child in the correct age division. We will not allow players to be registered in a division other than their correct age group. Below are the division break outs based on birth year.

Volunteer Fees

Third or More Child Fee
The third or more child fee is to be applied to the youngest child. Full fees must be charged for the two eldest siblings.

U13 to U18 Metro Fees
All U13 to U18 players must register online and pay the base registration fee. Upon notification that the player has been selected to a metro / gold team, the player will automatically be charged the additional fee of $225 for U13 through U15 and $225 for U16 through U18. You are agreeing to this charge.

If a player is assigned to a team, and it is deemed after 4 weeks that the player is incorrectly placed, LUSA has the right to move the player to a team that will match their ability.




Payments and Refunds

Payment
All registrations must be done online through Ramp Interactive.

Credit Cards
In order to streamline the registration process, we will only accept payment online by credit card (visa and mastercard). All transactions are secure. If you do not have a credit card, please contact the Registrar to discuss payment alternatives.

Financial Assistance
If you are applying for financial assistance, please contact the Registrar for a promo code at info@luysa.com. A scanned or faxed copy (604.608.5503) of the financial assistance application must be sent to the Registrar before the promo code will be forwarded.

Cash
We do not accept cash.

Refunds

Fall Season
LUSA will grant a full refund less a $25 administration fee prior to the first training session. After this date, no refund will be issued. During the season, if a training session or game is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or field closures, no refund of any type will be granted. LUSA will attempt to make up games only at a later date but there are no guarantees.

Academy Programs
LUSA will grant a full refund less a $10 administration fee prior to the first training session occurring. New Players to LUSA

All new players to LUSA must submit the following:

1. Proof of Age Documentation (U6-U18)

*Birth certificate
*Citizenship papers

*Sworn affidavit (i.e. letter from school principal verifying birth date)
